The article describes ideas that were originated by John Habraken, and further developed and refined by Tedd Benson. Sri Lanka Journal -- Andrew and Annette arrived in Sri Lanka 8 days after the 2004 tsunami hit. In addition to providing support and assistance to camps of displaced families, they oversaw the construction of preschools and transitional housing in three camps.
